ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of pregabalin capsules in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke. Methods 90 patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.Rehabilitation training and acupuncture treatment were used in the control group, and on the basis of the control group, the observation group used pregabalin capsules treatment, initial dose 75mg/times,oral,2 times/d.After 2 weeks, the dose was changed to 150mg/times,oral,2 timnes/d.Maintenance therapy for 8 weeks. The overall efficacy and pain degree before and after treatment, upper limb function of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the FMA scores were significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant compared with before treatment(t =17.353,15.777,12.001,10.432,all P < 0.05).And the improvement degrees of VAS score and FMA score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group [(18.3 ± 12.9) points vs.(29.8 ± 12.1) points,(53.1 ± 9.2) points vs.(42.3 ± 8.9) points],the differences were statistically significant(t =3.294,4.672,all P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 77.8% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (x2 =4.406,P < 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke, pregabalin capsules has good effect.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 5-aminolaevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) in treatment of anorectal condyloma acuminatum. Methods 95 cases who suffered from male multiple condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups. There were 50 cases in the treatment group and 45 cases in the control group. There were no statistically significant between two groups in age, sex, course of disease, skin lesions, the size and the distribution. The treatment group was treated by photodynamic therapy combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b Gel while the control group was treated only by photodynamic therapy. The treatment time lasted 7-10 days later if the Lesion was not completely removed.Totally,1-4 treatment sessions were given. Then the rate of recovery and recurernce of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery rate in treatment group was 94.0% (47/50) and 88.9% (40/45) were found in control group. There were no significant difference in the two groups (x2 =0.290,P > 0.05) ;The recurernce rate of the treatment group was 2.0% (1/50) and the control group was 13.3% (6/45),the two groups had significant differences (x2 =4.457,P =0.035).Conclusion ALA-PDT combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b Gel in the topical treatment of anorectal condyloma acuminatum is safe and effective, whcih may serve a therapeutic option for anorectal condyloma acuminatum.

ABSTRACT

Objective To detect food-specific IgE and IgG in patients with psoriasis. Methods Serum samples were collected from 102 patients with psoriasis,30 patients with chronic eczema,30 patients with chronic urticaria, and 30 healthy check-up examinees.Food-specific IgE and IgG were detected by commercial kits in these samples. Results No significant difference was observed in the detection rate of food-specific IgE or IgG among patients with psoriasis, patients with chronic eczema and patients with chronic urticaria (both P > 0.05).Meanwhile,the detection rate of food-specific IgE and IgG in healthy examinees were statistically different from those in the three groups of patients (all P < 0.05).Conclusions Food allergens seem to be implicated in the development of psoriasis. Moreover, the sources and kinds of food allergens in patients with psoriasis differ from those in patients with chronic eczema and patients with chronic urticaria, which deserves further research.
